Turn on the power switch, the meter light is on, but the motor does not rotate when the speed control handle is turned. 

1 Damage to the controller: replace or repair the controller;

2 Damage to the speed control handle: replace or repair the speed control handle;

3 Damage to the handle when the brake is cut off: replace or repair;

4 Damage inside the motor: replace or repair a new motor;

5 Disconnected wire on the vehicle: Reconnect the line.
